Engineered for riders who demand strong motor assistance and reliable endurance, the Summit 2 delivers confident acceleration, stable trail control, and dependable battery performance for both aggressive trail riding and long-distance outdoor adventures.
Powered by a 750 W rear hub motor with up to 1300 W peak output and 90 Nm of torque, the Summit 2 provides strong, responsive power that helps riders conquer steep climbs and rough terrain with ease. The high-torque motor delivers smooth pedal assistance and powerful acceleration, making it well suited for technical trails, gravel routes, and demanding off-road environments.
Its 48 V 16.7 Ah removable lithium battery (801.6 Wh) supports a riding range of up to 70 miles on a single charge, allowing riders to explore longer trails and spend more time riding with fewer charging interruptions. The removable battery design also makes charging convenient whether at home or on the go.
Designed for control and durability, the Summit 2 features 27.5″ mountain bike tires, a front suspension fork with long travel, and hydraulic disc brakes that provide stable traction, shock absorption, and reliable stopping power on steep descents and uneven terrain. The rugged aluminum frame and trail-ready geometry help maintain balance and confidence when riding through technical sections or fast downhill stretches.
The Summit 2 also incorporates Velotric’s SensorSwap™ technology, allowing riders to switch between torque sensing for natural trail performance and cadence sensing for easier cruising on flatter terrain. A large full-color display with smart connectivity provides clear ride information including speed, battery level, pedal assist mode, and trip data.
