Got water in the face just a few weeks after purchase

UPDATE: After leaving this review OLEVS Amazon customer service contacted me. I was given a full refund for the watch. Much better customer service!!!!
The watch is heavy enough and looks nice but a few weeks after having it water got in the face of it. Contacted OLEVS and they basically told me they couldnβt help me since I didnβt buy it from their official site. They donβt offer support for Amazon purchases. Of course it is past the Amazon return window.

itβs a bigger watch definitely need to take some links out and the adjustment tools are not the best at all they break very easily. but other than that the watch is very pretty. it does have some weight to it but not completely heavy

Its a nice watch but the band feels a little cheap the adjustment tool broke on me but overall nice looking watch for the money
UPDATE: they are giving me a watch of my choice instead of a refund i really love this watch it looks amazing iv been getting compliments left and right 5/5 star's would buy again

Exactly as described. It looks absolutely stunning in person. It's very lightweight. Adjustable metal band with tool for ejecting the pins and band pieces. Movement around my wrist feels great and not pinching my arm hairs. Extremely easy to use and set up. Fits perfectly after making some minor adjustments on the band. Battery life promise of 10 years.
