Wie kann ich neue bekommen?

Wenn du die Fahrzeugpapiere/COC-Dokumente (Certificate of Conformity) deines Stromer S-Pedelecs verloren hast, wende dich bitte an deinen Stromer Händler. Für die Beantragung neuer COC-Papiere teile deinem Händler bitte die VIN deines Stromers mit. Diese findest du auf der Innenseite des Akkufachs oder unter der rechten Kettenstrebe. COC-Papiere werden nur für Stromer Bikes erstellt, die in der EU verkauft werden. Stromer Bikes, die in der Schweiz und in allen Ländern außerhalb der EU verkauft werden, haben einen Fahrzeugausweis. Bei Verlust des Fahrzeugausweises wende dich bitte an die jeweilige Zulassungsstelle.

Wenn du das Stromer gebraucht gekauft hast und du es nicht über den QR Code auf Dich übertragen kannst muss dies "Manuell" über den Händler erfolgen.  

Was wird benötigt für die Ummeldung?

Bitte Sende uns Deine Rahmennr. (Batteriefach oder in der App) sowie einen Nachweis, dass Du der Eigentümer des Stromer bist (Rechnung, Kaufvertrag) per Email ([email protected])

Wie lange dauert die Erstellung neuer COC Papiere?

Wir werden bei Stromer die Dokumente zu Ihrem Stromer hochladen und Sie als neuen Besitzer eintragen lassen. Dies kann 3 bis 4 Werkstage dauern.

Wir beantragen die COC Papiere bei Stromer und senden Ihnen dann die Papiere per Post zu. Es kann bis 10 Werktage dauern.

I pay close attention to fine facial hair, especially around my upper lip and chin area. Under strong lighting, those small hairs can appear more visible, so I have been looking for a gentle way to care for this area without anything harsh or overly complicated. At night, after cleansing my face and completing my basic skincare, I apply this oil as the final step. It feels like a light finishing layer over the skin. I use a very small amount, about one or two drops, warm it between my fingertips, then gently press it onto the upper lip and chin area. There is no stinging sensation, and the scent is very mild, which makes the application feel calm and comfortable. The texture feels lighter than expected. It spreads smoothly and settles quickly without leaving a heavy or greasy film. My skin type leans slightly combination, and in my case it sits well without making the T zone feel overly coated.
