We retain your original battery housing, connectors, and mounting hardware while replacing the internal cells with brand-new, high-quality lithium-ion or LiFePO₄ chemistry options—delivering renewed performance and longevity.

Rebuild Options & Chemistry

• Standard Rebuild (Li-Ion) – Restores the battery to its original capacity using premium lithium-ion cells.
• Premium Rebuild (48V 14Ah LiFePO₄) – Upgrade to a more stable chemistry with better cycle life and safety, using 48V 14Ah LiFePO₄ cells (if your pack volume and BMS support it).

• Full replacement of all internal cells with your chosen chemistry
• Inspection, cleaning, and refurbishment of your existing battery housing, wiring, and contacts

How It Works

1. Place your rebuild order on our site
2. Receive shipping instructions along with a battery intake form

4. Ship your original Grace battery housing to our rebuild facility
5. Our technicians install new cells, test, balance, and validate your pack
6. We ship your rebuilt battery back to you, ready to ride

Typical turnaround: 2–3 weeks after your battery arrives at our facility.
