10-year Transferable Warranty
Joolz strollers come with a 10-year transferable warranty covering manufacturing defects on key components the frame, wheels, adapters, harness components, zips, fabric seams, and Velcro fasteners.
The warranty is linked to the stroller, not the owner, so if the stroller is sold or gifted, the remaining warranty automatically transfers to the new owner. To activate the warranty, the original owner must register the product on the Joolz website within 6 months of purchase.
Please note: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rust, damage caused by improper use or storage, incorrect assembly, or the use of third-party accessories.Shipping Notes
