Our mid series pyramid tents set a new standard in what an ultralight Dyneema® pyramid tent can be. At just 434 grams, 4 season capabilities and big enough for two. The Mid is by all means, the Ultimate pyramid shelter for the solo hiker with high demands. Add the double inner tent to make this the lightest possible 2-man shelter.

We spent years developing this tent, every detail tested, nothing left for chance. We build these tents in Umeå, Sweden and test them in the wild mountain ranges of northern Sweden. We built these tents with purpose. We are certain the Mid. Skalmo The Mid. Half inner tent - The Mid. Dyneema® floor

Large, light and robust - Half inner fits nicely in Skalmo gear Mid. Transforms your Mid into a large palace for one person and with a massive vestibule. Half fits lengthwise along the back of the Mid. Fastens with four corners in the built-in D-rings in the Mid. You can set up and take down the tent without having to remove the inner tent.

The walls are made of No See Um mesh with high Dyneema® walls to protect against wind. The floor is made of more robust 1oz Dyneema® to keep moisture and wetness out and to withstand many years of use.

About Dyneema®:

Dyneeema® Composite Fabric (formerly Cuben Fiber). DCF is a patented, ultra-lightweight fabric made of flexible non-woven composite laminates which are reinforced with Dyneema ® fibers.

This fabric is costly and for good reason. It's 15x strong than steel and provides the highest tear and tensile strength of any competing fabric on a weight-by-weight and thickness basis. Use only for projects that demand high-performance and the absolute best in ultra-lightweight, waterproof fabric.

The 0.8 oz/yd 2 variant of DCF has twice the Dyneema® fiber content of the 0.51 oz/yd 2, which translates into significantly higher tensile and tear strength.
