FAQ's
How do I return the bundle? Your rental includes a prepaid return shipping label, which will be inside the box (return shipping is already included in your shipping cost).
When your trip is complete: 1. Pack all items back into the original box. 2. Place the return label over the original shipping label. 3. Drop the box off at the carrier listed on the label
What if I want to return my rental bundle on my own? Please let us know before you return your bundle, and we will credit you for the return shipping cost. (50% of original shipping paid.)
Do you offer local pickup? Yes we do, shipping will not be charged for local pickup. Select local pickup option at checkout.
What if I want to buy the gear, after my rental period is over? No problem. We will apply the full rental price paid towards the purchase of the gear. The value of the gear is dependent upon its age and condition. Just send us an email at [email protected], and let us know that you want to keep it, and we will quote you a price.
