The care of the Schefflera Amate is not high mathematics and the plant is also a strong air-purifying houseplant! Nevertheless, the Schefflera may not be completely happy. This can often be seen in its leaves; when the houseplant turns brown/yellow and starts drooping, this is often a sign of a lack of sunlight. In this case, move the Schefflera to a lighter spot and it will recover on its own!

The Schefflera Amate does not consume much water but the amount and frequency varies with the season. In the summer months, the plant may stand in slightly moist soil. In the winter months, the soil may dry out slightly between waterings.
