The stunning stone is 12 mm. The ring sits 21mm North to South by 17mm East to West on the finger. Notice the beautiful craftsmanship of the silver filigree setting and band. The small natural pearls are 2 mm wide. Two rose gold floral elements grace the top and bottom of the setting. The ring is 9mm off the finger. The inside of the band is marked 925 for sterling silver.
