We designed our own proprietary sizes of 30% and 60%(62) reduction specifically for the 350 Rancher. The 30% is a "drop in" and does not require any case mods. The 60% requires a decent amount of case cutting for basket gear

These are our American-made billet gear reduction offerings for the Honda Rancher 350. Our gears are CNC machined from raw billet 4140 material, not powdered metal like the cheaper chinese brands. We designed our own proprietary sizes of 30% and 60%(62) reduction specifically for the 350 Rancher. The 30% is a "drop-in" and does not require any case mods. The 60% requires a decent amount of case cutting for basket gear clearance(see pics of case modification for reference). We offer stiffer clutch springs for these reductions and strongly recommend them with the 60% to prevent clutch slippage. The springs can be found in the main 350 Rancher section or the "Parts" section of the site listed as "350 Rancher Springs".

**ES models will need an ES module to prevent electronic shift issues, also located in the parts section as "ES Module Early Style".
