Pioneer 2 Long Range Electric Bike

Dominate the Outdoors with the All-New Pioneer 2 Electric Bike

The Dirwin Pioneer 2 is engineered for hunters, outdoor explorers, and riders who need maximum power, range, and reliability in the backcountry. Built tougher, stronger, and smarter than ever, the Pioneer 2 takes everything riders loved about the Pioneer Plus and pushes performance to the next level. From rugged forest trails to steep access roads and long days in the field, this hunting electric bike is designed to carry you—and all your gear—farther with total confidence.

Extreme Power & Range for Serious Off-Road Riders

The Pioneer 2 features a high-torque 750W motor (1000W peak) that easily conquers climbs, loose terrain, and rough ground. A massive 30AH battery delivers up to 120 miles of real-world range, giving hunters the freedom to scout deeper, check more trail cameras, and reach remote spots without worrying about running out of power.

Smoother, Smarter Pedal Assist for Technical Terrain

Equipped with an advanced Torque & Cadence Sensor, the Pioneer 2 responds instantly to your pedaling for a natural, efficient, and ghost-pedal-free ride. Combined with a new 10-speed drivetrain, you get extra control and precision on steep grades, technical trails, and heavily loaded rides.

Built to Handle Any Surface You Encounter

This all-terrain electric bike comes equipped with 26” × 4.0” puncture-resistant Kenda fat tires for unbeatable grip on dirt, rocks, mud, sand, or snow. A hydraulic suspension fork and upgraded seat post suspension absorb bumps and impacts, keeping your ride stable and comfortable even on long or difficult routes.

Carry More, Travel Farther, Hunt Smarter

The Pioneer 2 now includes an integrated rear rack that’s welded directly into the frame—strong enough to safely carry an additional passenger or heavy gear without compromising stability. With an upgraded 450-lb total carrying capacity, this electric hunting bike can haul equipment, harvests, and supplies with ease.

The deeper step-through frame also makes mounting and dismounting much easier, especially when loaded with gear or layered in hunting apparel.

Designed for Serious Riding, Certified for Safety

With a top speed of 28 MPH, powerful Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, and full UL certification, the Pioneer 2 delivers the confidence and durability demanded by off-road riders. Whether you're packing in for the season or hitting the woods before sunrise, this bike is built to perform when it matters most.

Revisiting Childhood Story
Format: Hardcover
When you look back on your childhood, are there unresolved feelings? What happens when you look back on your life to reflect? Daphne Fuller is our main character in this new novel by Ann Patchett. Jonathan, her husband, is very observant and can’t help but notice an older man following them on a visit to the Met. Imagine Daphne’s surprise when she discovers that the older man is her former stepfather, who was married to her mother for only a short time when Daphne was nine. Eddie Triplett was a favorite, though, and she adored him. It was also during this time that she experienced a very pivotal point in her young life. Now in her early 50s, Daphne and Eddie get reacquainted and remember how much they enjoyed each other’s company. It’s natural to wonder what her life would have been like had Eddie stayed involved. Daphne finally learns the truth about why Eddie and her mother divorced. Ann Patchett is one of those writers who make storytelling seem effortless, and I enjoy her books and the characters she creates. As Daphne reflects on her life, her husband heads back to his childhood home to clean it out after the death of his mother. Both are grappling with childhood memories and family dynamics. There is a pivotal story about a horse called Whistler, but this is not a ranching story. This book is filled with characters and families who love, make mistakes, reconcile, grapple with loss, and live richer lives. Thank you to Harper for my gifted copy. All opinions are my own.

Classic Ann Patchett: A moving family drama
Format: Hardcover
Ann Patchett’s new book WHISTLER is literary fiction in its purest form. Rather than a plot-driven story that goes from A to B, she writes about everyday moments in a way that makes the reader relate. Her stories are an in-depth study of humanness, of our shared experiences and our limitations. Much of this story is told in flashbacks, revealing a 1980 car accident involving MC Daphne and her stepfather Eddie; and here we learn the significance of a horse named Whistler. Daphne is an English lit teacher at a girls’ school and Eddie is a literary editor, so I loved their discussions. Surrounding these two are a host of unique and interesting characters: Daphne’s husband Jonathan, her birth parents, and younger sister Leda, a clinical psychologist. Although facts are related, the meat of the narrative is what the characters think, feel, fear, and regret. It’s a story about family relationships and the long-lasting effects of events and words for years afterward. It’s about the power of our memories. There’s something about Ann Patchett’s witty and perfectly crafted prose that grips the reader. She has an extraordinary ability to tell a simple story, highlighting human experiences in such a way as to make it an introspective venture.

Not good if you need Whole Foods gift cards
If you want to buy Whole Foods gift cards (which is why I got it) it flags it for fraud and doesnt let you. I was told you can spend at Whole Foods but not buy WF gift cards, even though it is a Prime Credit Card. Also if you buy WF gift cards online, you dont get the rewards since its from a gift card company and not Whole Foods.
