The Overlander Gen 2 S/B2583 is a 3 person roof tent, with a load rating of 660 lbs, enough for even three adults or a small family.
The quality of the tent is excellent. Not for nothing, it comes with a 2 year warranty. The canvas of the tent itself is 600D heavy duty rip stop polyester, and it as a 420D oxford waterproof rainfly, as well as heavy duty zippers (saving you a bunch of headaches). As a budget tent, it's hard to get any better than this.
The rainfly has panels to let you see the sky during the day or night, something not to be overlooked. This softshell roof top tent is ideal to sleep on the trail.
The ventilation is still good, thanks to all the windows on all sides, helping with air flow and against condensation. Thanks to the improved aluminum base, thicker hinges and aluminum frame poles, this is a better tent than its predecessor and one you'll enjoy for the price you pay.
