Features:

- Lightweight - It weighs a mere 5lbs (2.0kg) in a size S/M, yet delivers 41lbs (18.5kg) of lift.
- High quality, compressible and durable material is used on the shoulders, back, and weight pocket areas for greater comfort.
- Integrated quick release weight system - The simple and easy to operate integrated weight system uses simple release buckles.
- Included weight pockets vary in size depending on the size of the BCD. XL includes two 13lbs (6kg) capacity pockets and 9lbs (4kg) for the M/L and XS/S.
- Trim Weight – With the Magellan, you can use weight pockets that can be placed on the back, on the tank-fastening strap (optional), for better weight distribution.
- A large folding and self-draining pocket is positioned on the right side of the cummerbund.
- Aluminum D-Rings - Two 40mm D-Rings below the weight pockets, and two 25mm D-Rings on the shoulder straps.
- New concave curvature shoulder straps (patent pending) - These new shoulder straps have an unprecedented ergonomic shape, designed to meet the needs of the female diver as well.
- Ultimately allowing for maximum comfort and freedom of movement.
Mares Magellan BCD is a lightweight and foldable jacket suitable for travel. Its ergonomic concave shoulder straps provide enhanced comfort in the chest/shoulder area. Additionally, the integrated ballast system includes a quick release feature.
