The Spank Spike Pedals have been designed for thrill-seekers who want extreme grip! Not only do they make pedalling feel effortless, but also more powerful with every rotation. The Spank Spike Pedals boast an impressive 12mm forged MGR aluminium body which is seriously strong and provides maximum pedalling clearance thanks to the design putting your foot closer to the axle and thus increasing your q-factor! The axles are made from forged hollow tapered CrMo, making them both robust and lightweight - they weigh in at only 412g per set!
The Spank Spike features 20 steel pins in a unique configuration that offers outstanding grip without unnecessary thickness. The Spank Spike Pedals are finished with a chamfered leading edges, which deflects rock and tree root strikes to help you maintain control and speed over any terrain. Finally, the oversized industrial sealed bearings and IGUS bushings guarantee smooth performance and outstanding durability.
