Although it is much maligned in contemporary health and wellness dogma, did you know that sugar cane has a long and fascinating history as an herbal medicine? 

The first recorded use of sugar cane as a medicine comes from ancient India, and it is a revered herb with a long and storied history of use in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese medicine as well as in Western Eclectic herbalism.
