Riftbound Release Event is a launch celebration where players purchase a Champion Deck, enhance it with a couple of booster packs, and compete in friendly battles.

Please select your preferred champion deck. The decks can be claimed during check-in of the event.
Booster packs provided for the event will be given before the event starts and must be opened for use in the event.
Promo cards will be provided at the end of the tournament.

Please use the same email used for the carde.io account so we can manually add you to the player list on carde.io event listing.
Participation may be voided if you do not have a valid carde.io account that is linked to your Riot account on the day of the event.

We advise participants arrive earlier to build their decks for the event.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
