Der Ultra XP ist der wärmste Schlafsack der gesamten Ultra-Serie. Er wurde speziell für Expeditionseinsätze entwickelt und hält auch bei extrem kalten Temperaturen zuverlässig warm. Unzählige Daunenkammern sorgen dabei für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung und eine zuverlässige Wärmeleistung.

Um den Anforderungen bei solch extremen Temperaturen gerecht zu werden, ist der Ultra XP extrabreit geschnitten. Die 3D-Fussbox mit 11 individuell gefüllten Daunenkammern sorgt für warme Füsse. Ein prall gefüllter, verstellbarer Wärmekragen hält die Wärme im Schlafsack. Zusätzlich hält auch eine doppelte Reissverschlussabdeckung die Kälte fern. Die Expeditionskapuze sorgt für Isolation rund um den Kopf und die grosse Innentasche für eine gute, warme Organisation.

Das Aussenmaterial ist rezykliert, PFC-frei und schützt vor Feuchtigkeit. Bei der Füllung wird ausschliesslich RDS zertifizierte Daune verwendet. Trotz all den cleveren Features ist der Ultra XP für die Wäremleistung leicht und somit der perfekte Begleiter für Expeditionsbergsteiger, extreme Winterbiwaker oder eine Reise in die Polarregion.

Es ist ein offenes Geheimnis, dass der EN Test nur bis ungefähr -15°C - -20°C verlässlich funktioniert.
Darum geben wir bei unseren dicken Expeditionsschlafsäcken nur eine Temperaturempfehlung an die praxisgetestet ist. Faktoren wie die körperliche Konstitution, die Unterlage, das Zelt und das aktuelle Wetter spielen hier eine Riesenbedeutung, die sich nicht durch Testergebnisse darstellen lassen. -40° C kann als Extrem Wert betrachtet werden.

Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.
