To use simply grip the Ez Squat Handles then hook onto a dumbbell of choice. Assume a wider than shoulder width foot stance with feet angled slightly outward. With head up, chest out and low back arched, slowly lower buttocks towards the floor taking 3-4 seconds. Go as deep as possible for best effect. Without compromising squat exercise form. From bottom position, push through the heels of feet upward against the resistance. Until you are standing semi erect, with knees still slightly bent. Lower and repeat the repetitions for a 15 count. While using sufficient weight to challenge the body. As in the last 3-4 reps are a struggle. Repeat this squat exercise for 2-4 sets each squat workout, performed 2-3 times weekly for best effect.
