It’s truly in a category of its own, able to handle everything from hot and humid days to frigid temps and exposure high in the mountains, yet weighing in at under 2.5 kilos. So, if you need a 3-person adventure shelter for use in a wide range of conditions, there’s no better choice. The frame design with high-quality DAC poles and an aggressively tapered profile is built to shed wind, rain and snow. Few tents are this adept in every season in a package this compact and lightweight. The latest version has also been updated with a reshaped entry area, higher volume vestibule, and larger convertible mesh panels on the sides of the inner tent.

The idea of NEMO was born one turbulent night on the side of Mount Washington while Cam Brensinger spent a sleepless five hours in a poorly designed bivy. That night he realised how much opportunity there was for thoughtful design as part of the equation of enjoying adventure. And, coming down off the mountain the next day, he resolved to tackle that challenge. Three days after graduation from Rhode Island School of Design, he founded NEMO Equipment.
