Once fluffed up, it provides a decent layer of cushioning that’s noticeably more comfortable than a bare crate floor or thin mat. In terms of fit, it sits well inside standard crate sizes and doesn’t bunch up too badly once settled. The anti-slip bottom helps keep it in place during normal movement, which is especially helpful for dogs that reposition a lot while sleeping.
