Ficus lyrata grows upright and can eventually be up to 10 feet tall indoors. You may have heard that this is a tricky plant to care for, but it's a common misconception! 

This Ficus prefers bright-indirect sunlight and watering when the top 3-4 inches of soil feel dry. Many people notice that their plant may show brown spots on the foliage or drop leaves. Both of these characteristics are normal as long as it's not happening in abundance. If it happens too often, it could be due to improper air flow, light, and lack of humidity in the home. Add a humidifier close by and wipe the leaves down to avoid dust and pests!
