Product Overview

If you need a branded 20x20 canopy tent, this is the one. Dye sublimation printing, 600D polyester, a lifetime-warranted 50mm hex aluminum frame in a modular two-frame design, the largest size in the line and the owned alternative to renting a commercial frame tent for festival main stages, team villages, and large brand activations.

400 sq ft of branded coverage. The largest size in the line. 400 sq ft of floor space, four times the footprint of a 10x10 and double the 10x20. The square footprint allows easy crowd flow at high-traffic events with no fixed front or back to the layout. The modular two-frame design breaks down for transport in standard vehicles. No freight delivery, no professional installation crew. Built for festival main stages, team villages at multi-day tournaments, corporate experience centers, and large brand activations with multiple active zones.
Built to take a beating The 600D polyester canopy is tear-resistant, water repellent, UV resistant, and flame retardant (CPAI-84 and NFPA-701 certified). With 400 sq ft of fabric exposed to wind and weather, that durability matters. Built for repeat large-event use, setup after setup.
Unlimited colors. Zero upcharges. A logo canopy tent is only as good as its print process. Your artwork goes into the fabric, not on top of it. Dye sublimation bonds the ink at a molecular level, so colors stay vivid for years without cracking or fading. Every color in your brand palette is included. Gradients, photos, complex designs across all 400 sq ft at no extra cost.
Frame backed by a lifetime warranty The 50mm hex aluminum frame is built for regular outdoor use and backed by a lifetime warranty. Every full kit ships with deluxe roller bags, ropes, and stakes.
No minimums. No setup fees. Free layouts. Order one tent or a hundred. Free design layouts and digital proofs come standard with every order. Want to check the fabric? We'll send a sample on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why pick a 20x20 pop-up instead of a 10x20 or a rented frame tent?
Pick a 20x20 when you need maximum coverage and want to own and self-install rather than rent. Compared to the 10x20, you get 100% more floor space, a square footprint that suits venue plot maps, and full team-village or experience-center capacity. Versus a rented frame tent, you skip freight delivery, professional install crews, and recurring rental fees, while getting full custom branding across the canopy. The 20x20 is the largest size in the pop-up line. Beyond this, you're committing to commercial event tent rentals or frame structures. Best fit for festival main stages, multi-day tournament team villages, corporate experience centers, and large branded activations.
What can I fit under a 20x20?
A 20x20 fits around 50 seated guests or 80+ for standing-room events, with multiple distinct functional zones in one structure: sales station, demo area, lounge, registration, hospitality. For team villages: full team gear with seating room for 30+ athletes, plus a dedicated coach/staff zone with separation from the player area. Festival activations get stage, audio setup, sponsor displays, and crowd buffer space. The 20x20 is the smallest size that genuinely supports a multi-room functional layout.
What comes with the 20x20 custom canopy tent?
Every 20x20 ships with the printed canopy, 50mm hex aluminum frame (modular two-frame design) with a lifetime warranty, deluxe roller bags, ropes, and stakes. Side walls and half walls are add-ons you pick during checkout.
Does the frame have a warranty?
Yes. The 50mm hex aluminum frame has a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong, contact our team and we'll sort it out.
Can I order the canopy without the frame?
Yes. Pick the canopy-only option if you have a compatible 20x20 frame already and just need a printed replacement top. For non-MVP frames, contact us with your tent brand and model before ordering and we'll verify compatibility.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we send a digital proof before anything goes to print. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing runs until you sign off.
Do you charge extra for multiple colors or complex artwork?
No. You get full-color dye sublimation printing at no extra cost across all 400 sq ft of canopy surface. Gradients, photos, your full brand palette. No setup fees and no minimum order quantity either.
Should I choose side walls or half walls?
Pick side walls when you want coverage, privacy, weather protection, or large branded backdrops. Each 20ft wall is the largest single branded surface in the pop-up line, big enough for sponsor displays and photography backdrops. Half walls work better when you want to define perimeter without closing the booth off. Good for team villages and festival activations where the open square footprint matters.
What's the difference between single-sided and double-sided wall printing?
Single-sided puts graphics on the outside only, which works when your tent faces one direction. Double-sided prints both faces. Worth the upcharge when people see your wall from inside the tent as well, common for team villages, festival activations, and corporate experience centers where the interior is part of the brand environment.
How many people does setup take?
Three to four people, 20-30 minutes for an experienced team. The 20x20 uses a modular two-frame design. Each frame extends like a standard pop-up, then the two are joined before the canopy goes on. First-time setups take longer. Experienced teams get it down to a routine. No tools, no professional install crew, but it's a coordinated multi-person job.
How does it transport and store?
Each frame stores in its own deluxe roller bag. The modular design means the 20x20 is the largest pop-up that still travels in standard vehicles, no freight delivery required. Dry the canopy completely before folding to prevent mold, staining, and creases. Pack the frames back in their bags and you're ready for the next event.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 2 business days after artwork approval. Delivery runs 5-7 business days. Need it sooner? Reach out before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
