• CARE INSTRUCTIONS •
If you have chemical or detergent sensitivities, please wash this garment prior to wear. They are neutralized and washed once after bleaching, but if you have any sensitivities, we recommend using your regular detergent to wash the garment. Machine wash cold, inside out, and with like colors to keep your shirts in the best condition possible. Hang dry. Do not iron over design and do not bleach.

• WE DO CUSTOM ORDER •
If you have something specific in mind, want change of colors within the design and/or personalize it with such things as monograms, please message us your ideas or questions! Change of color or personalizing may take longer to be shipped out, but will be thoroughly communicated to the buyer.

• SHIPPING •
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery on these. All of our products are made to order. Our goal is to have all orders shipped out within 2-4 business days. Most of the time we can accomplish this. However, sometimes we are at the mercy of our vendors and shipping may be delayed for several days. If this may be the case, we will reach out. Packages should arrive within 5-7 “USPS business days” of shipping, excluding holidays. If you need an order shipped to you sooner, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best.

Our items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your item(s) has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. We ask you to provide an email address so that we can send you the tracking number.

• RETURNS •
- Returns are NOT accepted on personalized, custom items.
- Colors may vary from monitor/printer. Please keep this in mind as you are ordering.

• REFUNDS •
- Since all items are customized for each individual, we cannot accept returns, unless WE HAVE made a mistake.
- As stated, colors differ from monitor/printer to another, we cannot accept returns on products based on color discrepancies.
-We do not give refunds or exchanges based on size discrepancies. All garments have a 1” tolerance width wise and length wise from the sizing charts. For example, if you order a size medium (body width = 20”), we will not issue a refund/exchange if the body width measures 19” or 21” from the stated body width within the listing.
- Product Damages: If your product is delivered and is damaged, please take clear photos and message us explaining what has happened. If we can clearly see damage, and it is from deliver, etc., we will get back with you within 48 hours.

Inventory restocks are weekly. We are at the mercy of our vendors on what we can stock ourselves, but thoroughly do our best to keep the inventory flowing. There is a shirt shortage because of the pandemic, but if there is a size/color you are looking for, don’t hesitate to message us to see what we can accomplish together.

• SHIPPING DELAYS •
If your order is delayed after it reaches the post office, this is out of our hands. Please do not send hateful messages because of this. Just like you, we are thrilled to get your package into your hands! We do our best to provide the best and quickest service we can, but once the post office has the package we cannot move it along any faster.
