Thanks to the patented VP split cleat system, the front and rear of the cleats can be changed separately for convenient replacement. The pedal bodies are made of HiPAC carbon with CNC-machined chromoly spindles. They also feature sealed bearings and stainless steel clash plate. These pedals include cleats and are designed to be used with SPD-SL (road) type shoe. These won't work with regular SPD shoes.
