Mehlwürmer enthalten 15–20 % Eiweiß und 10–15 % Fett (Frischgewicht), abhängig von Fütterung und Aufzucht.

Für welche Tiere geeignet?

Vögel: Hühner, Wildvögel wie Meisen, Spechte, Rotkehlchen
Reptilien: Geckos, Bartagamen, weitere Echsen

Fütterungsempfehlung

Auf eine abwechslungsreiche Fütterung und ein ausgewogenes Calcium-Phosphor-Verhältnis achten – besonders bei Reptilien und Jungtieren. Eine gezielte Fütterung („Gut-Loading“) vor dem Verfüttern kann die Nährstoffqualität zusätzlich verbessern.

Natürliches Futter: Lebende Mehlwürmer die Tiere zum Jagen und fördern ihr natürliches Fressverhalten. Sie sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil einer artgerechten Ernährung und sorgen für Abwechslung im Speiseplan.

Warum lebende Mehlwürmer? Viele Tiere bevorzugen bewegliche Nahrung und nehmen lebende Heimchen instinktiv besser an. Lebendfutter enthält mehr Feuchtigkeit, Vitamine und Aminosäuren als getrocknete Alternativen.
 

Lagerung

Mehlwürmer lagern Sie am besten bei Raumtemperatur oder im Kühlschrank  (dann halten sie mehrere Monate.) und sollten sie innerhalb von 4–6 Wochen verfüttern.
 

Fütterung:

Bitte füttern Sie die Würmer regelmäßig mit Haferflocken sowie frischem Obst oder Gemüse und sorgen Sie für ausreichend Feuchtigkeit.

Not greasy at all for me and soaks in very nicely. Again, it lasts all day and I don't need touch ups, even on bad skin days. I don't ever break out and it's never clogged my pores, but to be fair I've never really had skin that's broken out much before. The one thing I did notice, before using this stuff I started noticing more fine lines around my eyes/forehead. I've been using this stuff for about a year and you can barely see them anymore. I have haven't changed my diet, it's pretty atrocious honestly, so I really feel this lotion has worked wonders on its own. Also I still have a decent amount left in the bottle and I bought it almost a year ago. I'm going to try their body lotion next. Hope this helps, or at least give it a whirl!
