Used it in Hawaii and didn’t get any sunburn at all as long as we used it as directed. The roll on is my favorite since it glides so well. I’ve used other roll on ones that don’t cooperate and leave clumps or you have to manually roll the ball to get anything out. This one is my favorite and I will keep buying this one forever!
